We are on a vacation in Los Cabos celebrating a family members birthday. When I tell you Dale is over here living his best life; If you know Dale then you know he’s never met a stranger. He has been partying since we got to the resort.
It is amazing how most people take to him right away. It’s absolutely beautiful. He hung out with a group who I nicknamed “The Crew.” They did water aerobics, volley ball in the pool, and volleyball on the beach. By then, Dale opts to be the coach after taking the ball to the face twice. It was a group of men and woman and after Dale missed a couple of serves, the guys who were very competitive wanted him to watch from the side lines and every one in the crew shut that down. They said he is on the team and it’s not that serious, he’s playing. They all turned into Mama Bears. Once they set that boundary, the guys understood the assignment and made sure he was included.
Dale even told me he was proud of me because I didn’t crowd him. After I read the room, I am a very good judge of character, I felt I could trust, within reason, him with the crew so I let him go. I snuck and grabbed a couple pictures but for the most part, he was on his own.
Once this trip is over, the only complaint he may have is unfortunately we caught a piece of Hurricane Hilary. Man, she is a feisty one. The resort started taking precautions a day and a half before it arrived off the coast. Now we are in the tropical storm phase but we are safe and that’s the most we can ask under such circumstances.
We will definitely be back but not towards the end of July or August. The way my nerves are set up, I won’t be going anywhere near a resort during tropical storm let alone hurricane season.
He had a time, until next time…

He is the life of the party
Dale is awesome!
I would have loved to have been Dale’s team mate to show the competition what a spike feels like. My bad Dale!
LOL!!!

Smiles and cheers everywhere!
Dale, you sure know how to have fun. Nothing like a game of beach volleyball. What a way to spend the summer!
A great time was had by all. It was a training exercise on how to let him go. WITHIN LIMITS. But I did an okay job with the encouragement of his mother.

Dale is the best! The Crew is lucky to have met him and gotten to spend time with him. What a great mom to give him these opportunities and space!!! Love you both!
Love you!!!
